"Design Stories for future stands for the balance between nature and wisdom". The combination of accessible luxury by Philipp Selva and the philosophy of minimalism gave rise to Laku, a chair icon created by Japanese designer Toshiyuki Kita to mark the 50th anniversary of the Selva company (2018). Laku represents not only the meeting of two cultures, but also of two creative personalities - Philipp Selva and Toshiyuki Kita, who have always been telling the story of the versatile and contemporary art of living. A style that looks to the future through the charm of nature and the emotion of design. The backrest can be adjusted and tilted for maximum seating comfort. It's not for nothing that people say the name defines: because Laku means "comfort" in Japanese. The armchair is also available with a matching pouf (item 1026).
